  1. I know I'm being picky, but why the red and blue colors are different now? I was used to the old ones.

But it's not only a opinion, the current red and blue are too strong and make my eyes tired after some time working with cardboard, this didn't happened before with the old colors.

  2. As a user, I would like to stick "columns" headers (let's say the 2 first ones), so when I scroll down, I still have a clue of which general topic I'm referring to.

  3. When clicking on a journey, can we hide the cards not included in the journey? Alternatively, could you automatically sort and segment the cards by journey? Almost like creating swimlanes, when a journey is selected, move those cards above the blue line into their own swimlane.

  4. When I select Board Settings, it's not clear how to return to the Board view. Clicking on the Board name works (but with a noticeable delay), but this should be more clear. Back button/link?

  6. I accidentally deleted a map and then urgently needed it back. I couldn't find any way to recover the board.

Could there be an undo or recover function for board deletions? Or maybe the board should archive as Trello does?

  8. the UIwas improved to make it it a lot easier to edit cards and navigate the map (zooming and navigating is particularly awkward )
collaborative story map editing is a great tool but the UI is a bit of a let down

  13. I obtained a free trial and was able to successfully connect to my Jira instance and select a project to be used for syncing.

Unfortunately, I cannot sync with the project because Carboardit returns the following error:

    key not found: ""

Can you please assist me with this as I am unable to use the one component that would make Cardboardit beneficial in my current workflow.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

That error is caused b/c story points in your JIRA project are not configured correctly. Check out the video here on the right to see how this can be done – cardboardit.com/#jira

Please let me know if you still have trouble syncing.

    Hi

Thanks for bringing this bug to our attention. We’re able to replicate it and will queue it to be fixed.

Generally something like this starts happening it’s best to refresh the page and everything will go back to normal, but it shouldn’t be a problem in the first place either.

  15. It appears that once an invited user signs up for an account, they appear in the collaborator and viewer list with the name used when signing up. This makes administration difficult as I really need to be able to see what email they used (aka knowing what company they are from) so I can better assign them to the correct boards.

  16. It would be great if the scroll wasn't so aggressive! I often try to drag and drop a post it somewhere and the entire page starts scrolling. It is very frustrating.

  17. It's very rare that I need to duplicate the text of a card. But when I'm in a flow of creating cards I need to create the next card quickly.
It would be great if we can use the Ctrl + arrow to create a blank card with the same color. Maybe Ctrl + shift + arrow can be used for copying the card and content.

  18. This appears to be a defect. My first search works fine. But all later searches remember the previous search selections. For example, if the 1st search has 3 hits, and the 2nd search has 1 hit - the 2nd search reports "4 hits". 4 cards are selected, but only one is a true hit.

  19. When I drag new cards onto the board, they appear way down in the board, far away from the top. I have to drag them back up to the top where I want them. Very clumbersome.

    Hi Paul,

We feel your frustration. This happens when a card is dragged off the screen, then you drag another card down and it appears off your cursor. This is a high priority fix that we want to implement along with other user experiences that we want to improve.
