Administratively, Show Entry Dates on Feedback Items wherever displayed
Would be informative to see how long a feedback item idea has been around.

Allow cards (front/back) to be simultaneously open for review and editing.
During Storyboard discussion or review and to facilitate entering or editing cards it would be useful to be able to view multiple cards, some reversed-side exposed as needed, both within a board and across boards.
Card right-click options should incorporate text cut, copy and paste.

Copy a card from a board and paste it to different board
I'd like to be able to copy a card or a set of cards in a board and past it or them to a different board so that I can easily maintain multiple boards without manually copying and pasting each single card content.

Collaboration
I would like to be able to move cards from one board to another board, or copy a card from one board to another board.
Not sure if this would be a high use case, but the scope of the project is large enough to where stakeholders are providing input that should go on an entirely different board.
Create the board - then add it you say? That would be nice, but depends on which stakeholders I'm working with at the time and if jumping will distract the flow of information or not.

Make it easier to add new cards
either copy and paste a card, or ape stories on board and have arrows down and to the right to create cards in those directions.

the status icons block the description.
With the icons a solid black, you can't read the card behind them. Without turning them off, there is no way to see the content of the card. Consider either making them gray and transparent, or include the card title on the 'back' of the card so the full card content is visible there. (or both)

visual clue that a card belongs to a journey
As you create a journey and add cards it would be great if there was a visual clue that a card already belong to a journey. With big projects and creating multiple journeys, it's hard to keep track of each card and where it belongs without clicking through every journey

Enhanced viewing for remote team members
As a map user, I want remote stakeholders with whom I am working over the phone, to be able to see what I am pointing at and which cards I am selecting, so that we can collaborate more effectively without having to screen sharing over WebEx.
Without screen sharing, remote people don’t know what “THIS card” or “THIS area” or “Add a card HERE” means because these typical collaboration statements usually involve pointing (a mouse or finger) at a something on the map or selecting a group of cards for all to see.

I think it would be amazing if Cardboard
Could response to customer enquiries in less than 6 days, so they don't irritate trial clients, who are now unlikely to use them.

The 'there are notes on the back of this card' color for green cards is not different enough
I could see the card color differences well except for green.

Show the Journeys to which a selected card belongs
As a map collaborator, I want to know all of the Journeys to which a selected card belongs, so that I know whether it has been included in a journey yet (i.e. potentially an orphan) and which journeys will be affected if I modify the card.
While valuable when selecting a single card, I’m not sure this would be useful or pragmatic when selecting multiple cards.

Distinguish between the different uses of a card: Goal, Step, User Task, Task Variation
As a map collaborator, I want to more easily distinguish the intended use of a card, particularly the difference between story steps and story variations, so that the map conveys more information “at a glance”.
In one column of cards on a map, three cards might represent one step and two user tasks (e.g. “Select flight preferences” has the tasks of “Select seat” and “Select meal”). In another column of cards on the same map, three cards might represent one step and two variations of it (e.g. “Pay for flight” has the variations of “Pay with credit” and “Pay with…

Add multiple collaborators to multiple boards at once
As a Cardboard administrator, I want to add multiple collaborators to multiple boards at once, so that managing a large community takes less time.
Currently, each collaborator is added to one board at a time through a repeated cycle of “select one collaborator name, press <Add>”. After all are added, then select the next board and repeat.

support requests
Hi,
Loving the app. Couple of things.
My developer says that his ISP (Virgin Media in the UK) is blocking access to the Cardboard domain. That's strange, have you come across this before?
When I send a board invite to myself and accept it, it still says "pending" on the board admin page even though I have successfully shared it. Shouldn't the pending status be updated?
I am still on the 14 day trial. Please can you extend it until we get these issues resolved?
Thanks

Have a numbered sequence in journeys
A journey likely has an order to it that may not correspond to the sequence of columns in the map. Being able to explicitly order cards (1, 2, 3) would be beneficial. Some cards may be alternates in the same path, (a or b) while some may all happen at the same step, or their sequence may not be important (1, then 2, then 3, then 4,5,6 in any order, before moving on to 7)

Indicate recently added or updated cards
When you have a large story map with a number of collaborators it would be very useful to see which cards have been added or updated.
