CardBoard is easily connected to various tracking tools like JIRA, VersionOne, Pivotal Tracker or Rally.
Why don't you take Rally off the list, since you don't offer an integration to it like you do to Jira, for example. It's hard for me to trust your company or your software if the first thing I read is obviously misleading to this Rally administrator.

I think there's an improvement that should be made
Now if I delete the seperate line, the cards below or on the right side of the line will be moved.

How often does the map get saved?
When I go to save to a local location, it is not saving the latest version.
1 voteYour map is actually saved every time you make an action on it (add a card, change the words in a card, change the color, etc, etc, etc). However, we don’t actually operate with the “save” button under the file menu. If you’d like a saved version of your file to work with, please use the export to CSV function (it is a button with the down arrow)

Still seeing editing issues
When changing between editing and display mode, I'm still seeing rare instance of losing data, or not displaying the entered data
1 voteI’m only declining this because it is tough to respond to directly (or to mark when it is done). We have a slew of editing fixes on the horizon. Look for them soon.

Pre-populate "As a", "I want", "so that"... can toggle this on/of
So I don't have to keep writing "As a", "I want", "so that"... be able to turn this on/off. Ideally, these are in smaller font (or gray), so reader can focus on key items in the card
10 votesIn creating this tool, we want to be as dogma-free as possible. We want to let you story map your way. That’s why in comparison to other tools like ours, everything is so structured and forceful as to where you put what. Thank you for the idea though.
If this is something you’d like, you can use markdown to create a formatted structure on the back of one card, then use [command][control][arrow key] to replicate that card with the markdown on the back.
