Allow me to add or remove cards from a slice
Once I create a slice, I want to be able to add or remove a card from that slice.
12 votesHey everyone,
This feature has been deployed in the latest version of cardboard. We decided to make it more of a tool to create multiple different versions of an existing slice to ease collaboration a bit better. Let us know what you think!

Collaboration
When working on a distributed team, it would be cool to have a notes area where team members can record any changes they've made. (Phase 1: notes log, Phase 2: more detailed audit log after a baseline)

Toolbar should stay on screen when scrolling up and down.
Toolbar should stay on screen when scrolling up and down. This allows you to map things out similar to how you are building them out in solutions like TFS. If I have a Theme that I am mapping out and it has three epics each with stories that all have tasks the board starts to get very long. It takes a lot of scrolling up and down to work on the epics below the fold.
7 votesWe changed the way that the menus/tools are laid out in the latest changes of the UI. One of the changes is that the menu should be visible no matter where you are on the map. Let us know if this works for you!

Allow me to change the color of the cards on the board
We don't always have a plan when we start writing ideas down on paper & the colors we choose change as we iterate. So it would be nice to be able to change a green to a yellow, for example, by just dragging a yellow on top of an existing green card.
11 votesWe have added this feature in two different ways. At any time on the board if you highlight a single card, clicking shift with an arrow key will immediately change the color of the card. Similarly, if you right click any card it will open up an alternative edit screen for a card, which will allow you to pick a specific card!

Make saving a board more prominent
When I finish working on a board, I did not know it was saving automatically. I want to intentionally save my board work.
4 votesWe’ve actually added a small icon that will let you know when we’re actively saving. Since we save automatically, though, we haven’t added in a save button.

Make it work on iPads
The site loads in Safari and Chrome on the iPad, and I can see the list of maps I've made. But I don't seem to be able to view the contents of the map or make changes to a map. Being able to at least view a map from mobile devices seems vital to me. Being able to modify from mobile devices seems like it would be useful as well.

While not specifically the tools that you’re looking for, you can now export into VersionOne, PivotalTracker and JIRA.

When I drag a new card, I should be able to type on it immediately
When I dragged a new card onto my map, I assumed that I could start typing right on it. Instead it kept me on the last card that I was typing in & I typed over what I had on that card.
5 votesThe change for this has been deployed. Thanks for bringing it up!

Thanks for the suggestion. We ended up fixing this through visual means rather than a character limit, but hopefully the result is the same for you!

Don't limit the top row
Let me place cards above other cards I've already placed, without restrictions
3 votesAs of right now you can do this, however, it will create a new row on the top.

Placement of delete button and function of link is not clear in Map Settings
The "Delete this map" button should not be under Collaborators.
You get to Map Settings from a current map view so I thought the "Back" link would take me back to that current map. Instead it takes me to the My Maps view. I suggest that the link is just labeled "My Maps" or just remove it since there is a "My Maps" link at the top of the page.
2 votesWe’ve reworked the map settings page. Hopefully it makes more sense now.

Allow squares on My Maps page to be clickable
The square icons on the My Maps page should be clickable like the story map cards instead of having to click the title of the map.
2 votesThis is a long time coming, but we did fix this a long time ago and then forgot to tell you. You can click on the square to open up maps now.

add undo
There is no way to undo a mistake when you make changes. A simple undo function would do wonders for usability.
